We are proud to introduce the DocuVision International Film Festival, presented by the creators of the WRPN Women's International Film Festival, the Nature Without Borders International Film Festival, and the Religion & Faith International Film Festival, among other successful events.

In line with our commitment to providing more than just live screenings, we offer filmmakers the opportunity for worldwide distribution through our esteemed distribution partners.

The DVIFF is dedicated exclusively to documentaries and docu-dramas, distinguishing itself as one of the few festivals that features a specific category solely for docu-dramas.

Judges score on a performance scale, and winning entries are recognized and awarded based on their inherent artistic and technical merit, not in comparison to other submissions.

Filmmaker Benefits

🎬 Screening Best of Festival winners will have the opportunity to screen their film at our Live Screening Event at the Rehoboth Beach Cinema Art Theater.
📽️ Guaranteed Distributor Review Our "Best of Festival" winners across major categories will benefit from guaranteed distribution reviews at no additional cost. World Wide Motion Pictures Corporation (WWMPC.COM) will conduct reviews for features, while Adler & Associates, Cardinal XD, and CCS Releasing will evaluate both shorts and features.
🌍 Global Exposure (OPTIONAL) Through our partnership with the WRPN.TV Entertainment Network, DVIFF provides a unique opportunity to showcase your film to a diverse global audience.
🔄 Free Re-Entry If your film is not selected, you can enter DVIFF's next competition for free after addressing the issues outlined in your rejection letter. We believe in second chances!
🎓 Student Discounts We offer reduced entry fees for all student film submissions in major categories, regardless of the submission deadline.
💰 Refunds Policy In the event you withdraw your submission before being Officially Selected, you will receive a refund. If you withdraw AFTER being Officially Selected, there will be NO refunds.

Key Information

                    Merit-Based Judging
                    At DVIFF, we have implemented a clear system to prevent entries from competing against each other, ensuring that each film is evaluated based solely on its merits. Every submission is assessed on its unique qualities, allowing judges to concentrate fully on your work without the distraction of comparing it to others.
                

All our judges, from selection to awarding, are paid professionals. We don't use unpaid volunteers.
We screen only the Best of Festival winners at our live screening event.
Our screening event is designed to collect audience reactions, which our distributors will use to inform their decisions.
Submissions other than English must be subtitled or dubbed.
Video interviews of the viewing audience may be conducted and shown on WRPN.tv
We celebrate a wide range of categories, including Environmental, Human Spirit, Social Issues, Wildlife, Docu-drama Shorts, Docu-drama Features, and many more.
